Sound Bath Spa Day - Sunday 6th April - £125 per person includes:
- Full use of Spa And Health Club facilities (10am-5pm)
- Welcome refreshment on arrival
- Two course lunch from our Birch Café
- Fluffy robe and towel hire
- Sound Bath session at 3pm (allow 75 mins), hosted by Becky of Grounded Peace
We recommend getting changed for this into something cosy!
Bring a blanket, socks, snuggly jumpers, eye pillows and anything else you'd like, to ensure you can make yourself as cosy and comfortable as possible during this experience.
Please note that this Spa Day is not suitable for people with epilepsy (specifically sound induced), pregnant, a pacemaker (or any other electronic fitted devices).
